Our world-class management team brings together some of the most respected names in banking - risk management, property management, Internet technology and marketing.

Rick Ryerson, President, has an extensive background in real estate development and management; his career spans three decades and all of those major market cycles. 

Two of the advisory members were on the formation team of Sears Bank, experts in credit risk management, consumer and OL & T law. They also bring extensive background  in customer service and transaction systems. 

The I T team is the award winning Code Brilliant Team providing the back-end database systems and interface programming. 

The alliance bank, payment-servicing systems is under advisement. 

The acting CFO is a former credit officer of a leading national bank.  The office will be located in the greater San Diego area.

Marketing Assistance

It is important to effectively market any property so that qualified renters can find and learn about its attributes.  Utilizing a web-based information exchange, the system matches tenants with rental properties  using search criteria based on location, attributes (type of unit), and price range.  This exchange is to be provided as a free service; the intent is to capture market share, and up-sell into that market.  By creating partnerships with exchanges that are currently on the net, we gain exposure to an estimated 2 million listings nationwide.

The tiered marketing strategy takes advantage of new technology to “capture” a considerable market share as soon as the system infrastructure is in place to handle the business.   The marketing plan will gain a measurable market share expeditiously, utilizing current Internet technologies user-friendly searchable directories and database mining and management.  Because of this, we are poised to capture and grow our market share much faster than has ever been possible. This concept, along with some proprietary viral marketing, makes every one using our system to look for an apartment a salesperson for our service.
